  Within a couple minutes of getting to our house they were asking for multiple upcharges that were more than the quote to pump the septic tank. They had not even starting pumping before they were asking for additional services that would more than double the original pump quote . I would not recommend this company.

  don't be fooled by their lower-than-average pumping fee. once they open your lid, they'll tell you everything wrong with your system and that if you don't fix it today you could have sewage backing up in your house. you'll think to yourself, "gee, this sounds pricey, but I guess I have to because I can't risk it." $2,000 later you'll find out their technicians work on commission and that most of what they sold you on ("microbe treatments," "mainline flushing," etc.) wasn't necessary. then later at the plumbing supply store (because you've now decided to change the septic pump and panel yourself rather than fork out the additional $4,600 they quoted) you'll run into another septic contractor who says he comes behind Septic Blue all the time for smart homeowners who hear SB's ridiculous estimates and turn and run the other way. this kind soul (who quoted me at ***** for all the work I needed--compared to SB's *****) fielded my calls and texts free of charge over the next several days as I had questions about installation. unless you want the septic blues, find yourself a local septic company and stay far away from these price-gougers.

  I've learned my ****** and will always read reviews. This company will ******* you, taking a quoted price and immediately jack it into the thousands the moment they open your tank and if you say no, they'll say you still owe them 50 bucks. They charge you for an undisclosed membership fee and then run you around to have it refunded. Beware this company, they are crooks.

  Being a first-time septic tank homeowner I know very little about septic tanks! ****** came out and helped us fix our issue he took the time to teach me how the system works and the basics that I need to know as a homeowner. I'm so thankful ***** helped us! The service and results were outstanding!

  I wish I read these reviews before calling them. While the service was fast the cost was outrageous, over $3000 to pump and service tank. A very terrible way to treat senior citizens.

  Called septic blue as my pump alarm went off. The operator said it will cost $225 + $50 dispatch fee. They said I had to replace the pump and charged me $2500 for pump replacement. When I saw the model of pump they used, it sells for $340. These guys charged me 700% over the price of the pump. The fun does not end there. They further charged me $350 for clean up... what they said will cost $225. Don't use these guys. They are just after your money and Will use all scare tactic in the book to rob you.

  Scammers, tell you it's $225 and then try to charge people $1200-$1800 , call another company, **** should be in jail.

  We had a Great experience with this company! **** was very freindly and went above and beyond the simple drain of the Septic tank! Thanks guys!

  Higher prices, charges to clean and sanitize the filter $79 and he never did clean, not sanitize never use this company anymore charge ***** dispatch fee please be carful

  Total scam artists. I know nothing about septic tanks. We were quoted $325 plus service fee. Once he opened our tank he said will cost $600. Then the price went up to $1,450. They had to break the solids. Drain the main line and empty tanks. We got charged $350 for 6 bottles of solutions he said he poured in the tank. That I did not physically see. And then had me use an additional bottle to flush all the drains as he cleaned out the main line. And left me with another 5 bottles of cleaning solution to use monthly. Those were another $350. This is just awful. I feel ripped off. I should have just told him to leave and contacted a different company. Do not use this company! Im warning you all. They need to go bankrupt for what they are doing to ppl
