    I paid G's Live Edge Furniture $2000 cash on 3/16/2003 for the commission of a live edge dining room tabletop to be delivered in June of 2023. The seller missed delivery in June and would not return calls or texts for a month. After numerous calls and texts, the seller promised delivery in November 2023. The seller missed delivery in November 2023. The week he was suppose to deliver it he again ignored texts and phone calls. I have since requested the seller refund my payment and return the table legs. The seller has been promising a refund and returned the table legs I paid for and provide him. The seller says he will provide a refund when he has the funds but keeps extending the date. I have a receipt for the $2000 paid to G's Live Edge.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      I have not received a refund. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the owner confirmed he doesnt have the money for me and cursed at me.

    Visited business on 5/28/22, ordered custom ** stand for $900. Asked owner when it would be done. Answer: "Give me five weeks." Owner requested payment in full, issued check that day. Check cashed on 5/31/22. After 7 weeks, called for status. Call never returned. Made several subsequent calls and went to business in person twice. The first, 7/12/22 at 2:30 pm. Owner was there eating pizza. We asked about the ** stand and the owner said, "Right now, I'm only interested in my lunch...I'll call you." Assistant ******** was present. He never called. The second visit was 8/16/22. Owner was not available, assistant ******** apologized and said she would "get him moving and give us a call back." Never heard back.Sent certified letter on 10/17/22 requesting refund. Owner never responded. It has been more than 5 months since we ordered the ** stand. Not interested in the ** stand any longer, or doing any further business with the owner. Requesting a refund of our $900. (Please see attached)
