      Our rule of thumb is to support local businesses. This is one time we wish we hadnt. Took so many weeks to get our carpet ordered and installed and it was in stock. Cant imagine how long it would take if it wasnt in stock!! The only time there was any communication or following up was because we would call them. Dont expect them to call you. Yet they will give you the bill with a weeks due date Finally the carpet was installed and it looks nice except it was done while we were out of town and the installers left our front door wide open!! So for 3 days our house was open to the weather, any possible animals, bugs, and/or theft!! Didnt get an apology- just a theyve never done that before message. Not impressed.

      I am truly sorry that their experience wasnt good for them. We strive to complete every job as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there have delays in shipping that are out of our control. I immediately confronted my installer as soon as I was made aware of the door issue. I did call customer back and got voicemail where I left a message apologizing.
