  Dont let a older part time tech with 25 years experience work on your older unit.He has no interest in solving your problem,he only wants to sell you a new ******* story begins like everyone elses come home to an hot house and a frozen up unit.The man that installed my unit ********** I was forced to find someone else .This is a challenge in todays ************ the television advertising ****** ******* caught my eye.called them and they dont cover ********* ******* checked out better business site and found an old name I remembered.I was one of the few customers to a new ******************************************* and air many years. Ago.And I remembered him he was the best .But I cant say that today because he has hired a con man named **** .He just tired to convince me it was bad and time for a new system.i talked to him and talked him into trying something since one of the few test he ran showed low coolant.After trying to fill my system it started freezing up while he tired to fill my systems with coolant .So we stopped and decided maybe he was right system no good .i paid him for is time and parts .350 something .And honestly at this point I am not mad just disappointed.well I talked to my father in law .who is a lot wiser than me.He got a tech he knows to call me and talked me through some simple checks and after following his instructions I got air working .I called sloop back to express my concerns with the lack of effort by there tech .I told them I had him on camera doing little of nothing to fix my unit .They offered to send someone else out but of course not for free.I said no thanks .well I am done ranting but I **** ******* gets this ********** careful who you send out to do the work with your personal name on the van ******** I know ******* would have been more helpful ,I could tell more things **** did work but I would rather tell ******* in person,

  Awesome job by *******. He was very thorough and professional while doing the cleaning and inspection of our system. Highly recommend them for your hvac service.

  Our air conditioning unit went out yesterday. Today, S.A. Sloop provided a technician named ******, to come out and investigate. He determined the problem, was able to resolve and test it, and did so with the utmost professionalism. He was thorough, explained everything that was happening, and even provided updates during the time he was here. I would certainly recommend S.A. Sloop to everyone and if I ever need them again, I'm asking for ****** specifically. Kuddos! Great work!
