    Hired Price Construction directly and they never finished the job! House failed inspection - owner said hed come back to fix the issues, but never showed up on the day he said he would. Reached out to him several times and never received any response.Most of the deck will have to be knocked down and redone. Posts on the edges of footers, railings too short and wobble, insufficient attachment in many areas.They glued and laid most of the floor in the house then realized it was upside down - now there is glue and gouges in the flooring from them ripping it up and just flipping it over. Had to go over a lot of the flashing on the Zip as the tape wasn't rolled and most of the nails were overdriven among other things.

    This homeowner contracted ** October 2019, and then had the home inspected a year later. This is their own fault for letting unfinished wood work sit. Also, framing is the only job we did. Framing inspection should have been completed immediately, not a year later.
