      I purchased 800 dollars of electrical outlets for my manufactured home. They did not disclose the size of the wire requirements. My house is 12 gage and these are 14. The electrical outlets do not fit. They refused to return them after ******************************************************************* the time frame. They did not care. They did not disclose these to do not work on 12 gage electrical wiring.

      Great experience from a first time buyer. I ordered 7 windows $2700 total from MHPS and all arrived perfect. All of the windows were packaged great. I was a little worried at first glance when I noticed one of the wood boards on the pallet my packages were on was broke. Thank goodness all was fine. I had a good experience. I recommend this store.

      This is the WORST company to deal with! I ordered a part for my furnace, which was non functioning without it. I could not access order status over the internet, as the company claimed their order tracking was not functioning. Accordingly, I sent an email to which I received NO RESPONSE. I then followed up with a phone call. The representative, who answered with a negative attitude, indicated the part was on back order. There was NEVER any communication indicating that status. I was simply told that my part "could be" on the delivery truck next week.I advised that could not wait as I had NO HEAT in my home. The representative rudely responded "I can cancel it" and hung up. There was no indication that I would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation nor when my refund would be issued. The total lack of customer service is appalling. I will never do business with them again!

      **************** was beyond rude!! Just spent almost $800 on a tub that was received in horrible condition and had questions and was hung up on all because I asked for a supervisor..."shes busy..click" ??I am sorry I ever recommended this place to my client!!!Do NOT use this Company!!
