    They preformed the work, but forgot to put the tube and dipstick back in for my transmission which caused the fluid to leak out. I was told after I had to have it towed back its a misunderstanding that they forgot to tell me it didnt have it originally. Ive had the truck for a year and a half no transmission issues. I got it back from them on 1/16/25, and on 1/22/25 the transmission issues started and I noticed it was missing. They have told me something is for sure wrong they dont know what it is they dont work on transmissions but that I can buy a new one for 10 grand. This has put me out of a vehicle, and out of options. They should fix the issues they caused.

    Tameless Performance did repair to the truck that was unrelated to the transmission. Truck came in with other issue which are stated on the invoice the customer supplied. The Customer wanted additional work done and we priced the job to do so and they said they couldn't afford it so we did what they said they could afford. Truck came in with a lot of issue from whoever worked on it before and one was that there wasn't a transmission dip stick in the truck. When we called and gave them the price for the additional stuff the truck needed they refused to purchase the other parts. Also when they towed the truck to the shop for us to look at there was no transmission fluid underneath the truck from the dip stick not being there we installed one to check the fluid and the transmission was not low on fluid.

    I am rejecting this response because:I was never made aware of the transmission tube or dipstick missing and it was never put in any of the quotes. I was told all fluids had been checked and topped off when leaving. I was also told when I inquired about getting work done they check all fluids after all work is done to be thorough. Ive had the truck for a year and a half and put 20k miles on it without any issues. But when I pick it up on 1/16/25 and the transmission is messed up by 1/22/25. When I look and see theres no tube or dip stick and I was assured all fluid levels had been checked. Any reasonable person will see the negligence here. So due to the circumstances, I cant just believe what Im being told. Every other single issue or observation was notated except for this major issue.

    As stated Before The work performed was with the external part of the engine not the transmission. Customer also declined to fix the other parts and issue that where missing or broken on the truck at the time of repair to the engine.

    I am rejecting this response because: due to negligence on tameless performance LLC behalf. Because after all work that was approved by my self tameless performance neglected to put the tube and dip stick for the transmission back into where it belongs. Also when you pull the cab on 2008 f-350s you have to unhook the transmission cooler lines located at the front of the truck attached to the intercooler. When transmission cooler lines are unhooked fluid will spew out as a result of them being unhooked to perform the work that is stated in the invoice. When work was completed tube and dipstick were left out, but tameless performance stated when I was inquiring about having them do work that all fluids would be checked after all work is complete, further more when I arrived to pay tameless performance for the work they completed I was assured all fluids had been checked and all agreed upon work was completed, and any comments, concerns, issues, or additional work was notated in quotes, phone calls, text messages, and final invoice. Since tameless performance neglected to put all parts back into designated places required to properly, efficiently, and safely function of the vehicle. With transmission fluid spews out when transmission cooler lines are un hooked, that already makes levels low. How can levels be checked and deemed at proper operating levels if no tube and dip stick to check the transmission fluid levels were put back into designated places. This is not about agreed upon work that was completed this is solely about tameless performances negligence during re assembly causing significant harm to my transmission.
