  ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY! I needed to remove a mobile home that was destroyed by Hurricane ******** in 2018. In February 2022, I contacted MTZ Owner ************************* via phone and he quoted me $2000 to do the job. I then met him on site in ***********, ****, and he doubled the price to $4000. That was still a reasonable price, so I hired him. He requested a $2000 deposit up front so I foolishly trusted him and paid it. Since it had been sitting for over 3 years, I told him it was not a rush job. ******************** said he would still have a dumpster sent out to the site immediately to begin. The dumpster NEVER arrived. Approximately 2 weeks later, MTZ came out and pretty much stripped the mobile home AND the A/C unit for metals they could recycle for their own profit. They left the frame and all of the insulation exposed, which blew into my neighbors yards and into the roadway. I called ******************** and told him what occurred, and that he needed to return, clean up the debris from the neighbors property and the street, and finish removing the mobile home. He then said his crew was busy with another job, but he would return. As of April 2022, ******************** and MTZ NEVER returned. I called ******************** and demanded a refund. He refused, saying he'd spent the money to do the pathetic work they'd so far done. Bottom line, I unknowingly paid him to steal from me and leave the job unfinished. Again, I should not have trusted a stranger to keep his word with no contract. But prior to hiring them, I did research MTZ and there were no reviews at all. That is why I'm submitting this, to save anyone else from falling prey to CORRUPT, FRAUDULENT, DECEITFUL MTZ HOME IMPROVEMENT & REPAIRS LLC. Thank you.

  *************** made a lot of false statements & accusations. Below I will attach photos **************** submitted with his ****** review that clearly proves my case. My (attached below) response to his ****** review (similar to the BBB complaint) should give clearer explanation of the situation. The photos are just a few I so happened to take during the process of the job. Not knowing that it would potentially be evidence in a dispute.

  
  

  *************** accused my company of stripping the mobile home of the ** unit & metals. In the photos, submitted by ***************, you can see the "metal" siding is still there attached to the mobile home and other pieces lying on the ground. The mobile home exterior condition was in that state when we started the job, due to the hurricane. And had become a problem for his neighbors and thats why he finally decided to have it removed. Also, in one of the photos submitted you can see the ** unit still on the property. What **************** failed to mention was the amount of items that was inside the mobile home and had to be removed before any demolition could be done. My company started the job from the inside and never got to removing the outside because there was so much household items in the home. The inside of the home was full of furniture, clothes, personal items and debris. As if someone fled for the storm and lost everything due to the damage and left it.

  I am rejecting this response because: Contrary to the business response, I have not made ANY false statements! The photographs submitted were taken by ME and absolutely SHOW the damaged, exposed exterior caused by the shoddy unprofessional work performed by the business. I met him FACE TO FACE before the job began, thus NOTHING was a surprise to ********************. The trailer exterior survived the winds of Hurricane ********. It was the FLOOD produced by the storm approximately three days after that destroyed the interior of the trailer. ******************** and crew stripped off the siding leaving the fiberglass exposed and blowing throughout the neighborhood. I told him about it, but he NEVER returned to clean it up. The A/C was there, but I am extremely familiar with the precious metals WITHIN the unit, and THAT is what was stripped and stolen. He promised to have a dumpster placed on site because he KNEW what was inside the trailer, but said dumpster NEVER arrived. The bottom line, he took what benefited him as far as metal recycling. I wouldn't have minded that so much if he would have totally cleaned up and removed the trailer as he PROMISED. He NEVER did.

  I am rejecting this response because: I would find it hilarious if it wasn't so ridiculous that ******************** is using MY photographs to claim my statements are false. Therefore, I have attached more photographs showing the state of the trailer BEFORE ******************** was ever hired. They reveal the condition of the trailer AFTER Hurricane ******** flooded the trailer, but BEFORE MTZ began their "work".  You can clearly see the metal siding as well as the A/C Unit are STILL in place. Please compare these photos to the pictures of AFTER ******************** began "work" and it is obvious he is a liar and MTZ is a corrupt, deceitful, dishonorable business. They stripped the trailer for what they could recycle for profit, left it exposed to the elements, never delivered the promised dumpster, and abandoned the site in that condition for weeks. Epilogue: *********** I was forced to hire to clean up their failure, (********************) COMPLETELY cleaned the site and removed ALL debris in less than 7 hours!
