    On 3/22/25 paid for next day air delivery service for a package that was to be delivered on 3/24/25. It was not delivered until 3/25/25 and when I went to get resolution I was told I paid it was a suggested delivery date. However thats not what is printed on my receipt. I also paid for the same package to be expedited back by 2 day air and was told the same thing. That its a suggested delivery date. But that is not what I paid $81.99 for the next day air service and $52.25 for the 2 day air service. Had they been honest and told me it wouldnt be delivered as I was paying for, then I would have saved a lot of money and shipped it by ****. The manager was unapologetic, uncooperative and had an uncaring attitude. They were not interested in refunding my money as I asked. They said they would send a message to corporate and it would take two weeks. It would be up to corporate to refund me, but only if they found that I deserved one. This is completely unacceptable business practices. They need to be held accountable and people deserve their money back. I can only imagine how many people they scam every year.

    This package was created on 3/22/2025, which is a Saturday, All packages dropped off on a Saturday or Sunday are not picked up by *** until Monday evening at 5:00 PM.  Which means all next day air will be delivered on Tuesday 3/25/2025, which is when the package was delivered.  This is why *** denied the claim.  We, as "The Ups Store", do not control drivers or deliveries once they leave our building, nor do we approve or deny any claims related to late deliveries.  This was explained to the customer, but she did not want to hear it.
