    We purchased the leather Italia furniture set 15 months ago while shopping various brands and decided on leather italia because even the sides were leather and it felt solid. Well the color is now peeling off in several spots on our couch and one spot on our love seat. At 6000 dollars for the couch loveseat and recliner I would expect it not to peel like bonded leather, at least my last cheaper bonded leather lasted 10 years before starting to peel.Found out the leather warranty is only 1 year but they are going to replace two covers only that are peeling and we barely sat in the recliner and if we start sitting there it is sure to peel like the rest of the furniture is doing.This furniture is actually made in china not ************** as we were led to believe. Buyer be ware this is junk

    We purchased a Fresno sofa and love seat on 12/4/2020 from Brett Interiors. It was delivered on Feb. 26, 2021. I called and left a message around 3/1/2022 and no one returned my call about warranty issues. So, I went into the store on 3/11/2022 to report the love seat coloring on the leather coming off and the mechanism on the same love seat was faulty. On 3/15/2022 the technician said he felt it would be covered under the warranty since it was so close to the day delivered. The color wearing was an anomaly according and he said they had seen this before and it was covered under the warranty for other people.
    In May, I was then told that Leather Italia hadn't responded to if they would honor their warranty or leather on the love seat or not. I was told that parts were on extreme backorder and that it would be 6-8 months before they came in. I then contacted Leather Italia and told them about the issues. Their response was "We will take care of this issue for you". I then contacted Brett Interiors with the contact information from Leather Italia who said they needed to file a service request and they would take care of it.
    On 11/21/2022 I contacted Leather Italia and Brett Interiors with the following:
    It has been 8 months since my request to have my love seat fixed. When Brett Interiors technicians inspected the love seat, I was told it would be 6-8 months to have the seat cover replaced and the mechanism fixed. The color is now coming off the other seat too! If this was an inexpensive furniture, I might expect something like this, but this love seat cost $2,000. I would appreciate a firm date to fix or replace the entire love seat.
    9 days later and no answer. I would like a replacement love seat or at the very least fixing all the leather that is coming off on the love seat. I feel that I am being waited out until the warranty has expired before it will be fixed so that if this mechanism is bad, I am out of luck.
