    I paid this guy to rebuild a deck and we had a contract. He wants to get paid half the money upfront and the other half when it was finished. He was supposed to start in May. This is the end of November and its still not complete. Hes left building material piled up in the yard and doesnt clean up after yourself when he leaves. Sometimes its 2 to 3 before he comes back. Then he only comes back if I text him I have to text him because he wont answer a phone call. He has said over and over. Ill be out there on Monday and Ill get the job finished. He has painting to finish and screens to put in. He needs to finish the door, the skirting around the bottom of the screens and around the bottom of the existing deck. Since it was so close to finishing, he said he needed to collect the rest of the money to purchase more materials. So I paid him thinking hed finish up. He has been paid in full. The job is not complete and he hasnt been here in three weeks since our last conversation. I have pictures and several text messages of our conversations. Several times he has said hed get here and finish it and he shows up one day. Leaves and dont come back for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. I want him to finish the job or bring me some money so I can get somebody else to finish it.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I did reach out to him In the text I added on December 3rd regarding the way he had done a few screens on the inside. He said hed be back the following week but still have not seen him or heard any more from him. He never showed up. It has rained but what he has to finish is on the inside aside from the painting he has to do. He hadnt been back. He hasnt been back since November 4th or 5th.
