    On 14 February 2024, I commissioned *** ******, Veteran Renovations, to build an addition on to my existing workshop/garage. The work was supposed to begin by March. *** kept pushing back the start time through the summer until on Monday, 12 August 2024, he said he was unable to complete the project and would refund my deposit. Despite my efforts to contact him, I didn't hear from him again until 2 October 2024 when he said he would refund the deposit "asap." No response again until 23 October 2024, when I demanded the refund by 31 October 2024. On 31 October 2024, he said he would have the money by Wednesday, 6 November 2024 when a check for a current job had cleared. That day came and went with no contact. I haven't heard from him since. I want immediate refund of the $5000 deposit he has had since February.

    Unfortunately, I don't have the full mailing address for this business.  Only that it is located in *********** **.  Do you have any suggestions of how to find it?  I don't think they will provide it if I ask since they are refusing to return my deposit.
