I hired this company to build two piers. I was informed that they had finished one pier and was starting the next pier. After paying them for the first pier I was told they still had to install the cross braces which they never did. I have made many calls and text with no reply. I need the cross braces to be installed so the pier want fall in the lake.

To respond to the complaint for not installing the crossbracing. With the water levels being as high as they have been in the past several months we had to wait till the water drops at his location to install the crossbracing. At the time of build the house was up for sale so the job had to be finished with a deadline. When it comes to water levels we can't go by a customer's deadline. If the water is down now we have no problem installing crossbraces.

I am rejecting this response because:

M&M dock builders has told me the job would be finished at least 5 times since I hired them.
the water was so low that they didn’t even drive the post. Can’t tell me they couldn’t finish the job. They promised to start the next pier beside this one and never started the work.
