    I placed an order for collapsible barrels in April 2023. They went out of stock after I placed my order. It took 2 months for someone to get back to me. No one would answer the phone or email me back. I finally got a text about the barrels around June 23 being on back order. I was given the option to wait a bit longer (they said 3 weeks) or get a refund. At the time I decided to wait, when 3 weeks passed, I contacted them asking them for a refund. They responded but did not send the refund… I have been trying to contact them since July of 2023 for a refund. It is now January 2024 and still nothing. I was trying to be understanding but the time that has passed is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    I am very happy with my product so far and with the customer service. As a small business owner myself i came to BBB and decided to order anyway. I also know that with BBB that you have to be a paid member to remove these reviews, so I believe this company just opted not to be a paid member. You will get my business agagin.
