  Dear Jarret & Janet,
  With our first full “pool” season behind us I wanted to drop you a note.
  I want to tell you just how pleased ****** and I have been in our dealings with Magic Pools. From the first meeting with Jarret to the day Wesley installed our new winter cover has been a wonderful experience.
  With our pool installed over the winter there could have been many glitches. Jarret kept us informed as to when the crews would be there and when the wet weather prevented them from doing their work. There was no exaggeration or unexpected surprises.
  Your crew that installed the pool was equally as wonderful. They were completely respectful of my neighbors property. And that was not very easy to accomplish with the close proximity. The two guys who did the majority of the installation also took the time to explain everything they were doing. The final installation went very well.
  I want to thank Janet for being a great liaison for the company. She is a pleasure to deal with when I call.
  In closing let me say that our experience with Magic Pools & Spas has been top notch. I would fully recommend them to anyone contemplating installing a pool. The final product came out beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed our first season with the pool.

  Just had a new liner installed. Magic Pools did an excellent job. They got it done . There pool knowledge was the key to there success. Magus pools !!!! Thank you ******* ******

  We hired Magic pools to install a liner in our existing in-ground pool. We were told in March, when we paid 1/2 down for the liner and installation, that it would be about 30 days for the new liner to arrive, and then less than 10 days before they would have it installed. June comes and still no installation! Then they charge us an extra 3800.00 to “repair” the bottom of the pool. They dug out existing material in the bottom of our pool, threw it in our yard for us to clean up. Also on the day they put new material in the bottom of our pool it looked like hard cement with clumps, we asked and he assured us it would be soft at the finish. Finally, he came with his son and threw the liner in, literally! Then placed a vacuum on the liner and told my husband to keep water running on it and go out and straighten the liner up as the water filled! This is NOT our job! Now after the wrinkled liner was installed, we have sharp clumps of cement in the bottom of our pool that hurt our children’s feet, literally rock bruises. We call the owner and complain about the wrinkles in the pool, the fact the bottom hurts our and our children’s feet, and to top it off, the liner keeps popping out of the sides, to the point we have to go out daily with a screw driver and pop it back in to keep the water from getting behind the liner. We called, complained and have saved text showing his delayed response time. He did come out one time and walk around in my pool shallow end and say that all I had to do was try and smash the had pieces of cement down with a blunt instrument! He said the liner was strong and should not tear! Wow, really! I am in the process of hiring a new pool contractor to repair this mess! I do NOT recommend Magic Pools EVER!

  Wow! Where to start? Keep in mind this review came in couple days after we called to collect the approximately $8k that was still owed. I will try to address each lie and misinformation that is given above. The first thing is the timing of the installation. I have pictures of the installation on May 18 as does the customer on Facebook with comments on how great their liner looks. The bottom was in bad shape and we had to remove a good bit of material out of the bottom. As we do with every customer we ask where they would like the material dumped. In this case it was in the edge of their yard on a fence line that was grown up. The new bottom price was $3300 and agreed upon before we did the work. My son, another helper and myself "threw" liner in the pool. Not sure if that comment is because how fast we were able to do that but if so I take it as a compliment. That is what 20+ years of experience gets you. When we do new bottoms or repairs there is some material that does not lay flat every time, this is in every pool. The material is an agriculture product and it looks and feels like styrofoam. Most instances the water weight presses it down flat and on occasion it is needed to push it down. The wrinkles in the liner were just as the water is filling and I assure you there were no wrinkles in the liner when we finished. I can not sit with each liner 24 hours a day. As I explained as the water comes up the liner would just need pushed back to the walls and the water weight would hold in place. As she said I did come back and so did my son on several occasions to tuck the liner in and remove the cement that was on her step. The pool is older and not the best shape so the liner may come out on occasion. But as I said the liner looks great and her Facebook pictures should prove it, just someone trying to get something for nothing.
