      Workers trespassed in my property and proceeded to tell me I could not have a fence around my yard that had been here since the 80s. The new part of the fence was built a few years ago and was approved by a stage inspector. The line inspectors refused to identify themselves and were extremely rude. Did not communicate that an overdue bill was due. Did not call or text to let anyone know they are coming. Then proceeded to bolt the line without letting anyone know that they were doing so. How is this company still around? They are extremely predatory and have a monopoly on many areas in Lexington, **. They are asking for a lawsuit with this kind of behavior.

      According to our publicly listed policy your bill serves as your notice for past due balances. If your bill becomes past due due to non payment we will disconnect services without further notice due to the bill advising when your due date, fee accrual date, and when the account is subject to disconnection is disclosed on every bill.  We mail out a monthly bill and have a portal for you to view 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have the right to access our equipment at any time for services we are providing. If you would like to provide your address we will be more than happy to provide specific details regarding your location. Thank you. 

      34) CUSTOMERS RIGHTS PRIOR TO DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE
      A. It is the policy of the Utility to discontinue utility services to Customers by reason of nonpayment of bill after notice has been given.
      B. If any Customer disputes the accuracy of their bill, please contact the Customer Service
      Department by emailing ******************************************* or by calling us at 336-
      ******** before the disconnection date.

      E. Utility Rights:
      1. Reasonable access to the Utilitys equipment and utility facilities on the
      Customers premises.
      2. To receive prompt notice of changes in address, status of utility service, or
      problems with utility service.
      3. To receive timely payment for services delivered to home/business.
      4. The Utility is allowed to take action in court or as otherwise permitted by law
      regarding equipment tampering or financial delinquencies.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They do not let you know when your scheduled for disconnect and they leave you thinking you have time to pay the bill then your lights are shut off with NO actual date given. I have called multiple times with no resolution. It also takes 30 minutes to get someone to answer a phone. This business is ridiculous and there needs to be options for electric services.

      0 stars!! This company is the worst ever. They do not have a care in the world and are not like any other power company. You have to keep calling to get in touch with someone. I absolutely hate it. Power always cuts off it seems for no reason. God forbid being late specially in this day and time. No help whatsoever
