    I ordered a ************ grudge package tank for a ******** ***** on 3/14/2023. Also ordered front fender brackets to make a Busa fender fit a ****** paid $75 for this part. When purchasing the tank they stated they were 4 weeks out. I understood this as its the season for racing. I sent out many calls the end of April to get un update and got nothing back. Messaged them on Facebook and got an email stating tank was complete but the tank shell was about a week out then ship. Im have called a few weeks later and left messages on their phone 1-336-237-1018. Sent them a few more emails on 5/7/2023, 5/15/2023 and then this past Tuesday 6/13/2023. I got nothing from any of them. Also today 6/15/2023 i called and got a message stating answering machine is full and cant accept any more messages. I paid $1,150.97 for this and feel im getting scammed or getting the shaft. Please help **** ******** ************** I cant send pictures on here but could email them from my phone.

    Yes ma'am, my name is J**** Strickland we spoke earlier on the phone concerning **** ******** regarding the customer stating he didn't receive what he has paid for. As I explained to you on the phone, we can give estimated times over the phone or email, the time is not a set-in stone time there are a lot of factors that can alter build times. As I stated we are not a cookie cutter fabrication business, as also stated we build products that no one in the entire world offer. We have a customer base that reach around the globe we are a lean manufacturing company which mean we order and process enough materials for so many orders at one time that's why we state on our website build times can vary from the stated build time on our website. So, if you order a custom one-off piece in the middle of our order cycle your order will be figured in on the next material order and process accordingly. With the order at hand, he put in the notes details that changed to the build process of our design. I'm sorry for Mr. ********'s order delay but we are near completion of his order and will update with a email containing his tracking number. Also, we have reach out to Eric by email and never get a response we ask him to please Check his spam folder if he is not receiving emails.
