    Brand new 2024 ****** was purchased in July of 2024. The camper had been used twice. In October it was realized that the window in the kitchen was leaking. Took it to service department and they advised us that it would be two weeks before they could work on it. After the work had been done it was about five weeks before we got it back. Then it started leaking again. The camper was taken back to service department on January third 2025. We were told the same thing that it would be two weeks before it could be fixed. So they supposedly fixed it again. But while it was still there, it rained and it leaked again. I had made numerous calls about the progress on resolving the window. I had not been advised at all what was going on with it before I started to call. There were different excuses as to why it had not been worked on. On one occasion when I called they informed me that they had to call in a window company. They determined that the window was defective. So they had to get it approved by the ************** before they could order a new one. Also, that it was not as simple as having them ship another one that it had to be made. I called again on March 13th and was informed that the manufacturer was having some shipping issues. The service department was to send an email to inquire when it was to be shipped and call me back. I did not receive a call back. On March 14th another call was made to the service department. We ask for the manager. ****** came to the phone. This time we were very frustrated with the service we had received and the time frame it had took just to fix a window. It was somewhat not a nice conversation. They tried that evening to get in touch with us but we had just been informed of a death in the family and did not respond to phone calls. On March 17th I received an email stating that the manufacturer said it would be shipped on March 18th and as soon as they receive it they will pull the camper in and repair it. Very disappointed with them

    Your camper was dropped off on 10/7 for the leaking front window. We resealed the window and water tested it and it was not leaking at that time. You were notified on 11/2 that it was completed and ready to be picked up. After you picked it up, you later noticed it started leaking again. It was dropped off again on 1/3. It takes a few weeks to get any service unit worked into our schedule for a technician to look at it. We inspected it again and touched up some other areas that water could have been getting in. On 2/12 we tested it again, but this time it continued to leak. There is a certain process that we are required to follow when filing warranty claims. We are directed by the manufacturer what to do, and we perform the work. A new window was ordered on 2/18. We cannot control how long it takes for a manufacturer to ship us parts. It is up to the manufacturer how quickly the parts leave their facility, and it is up to the shipping company how quickly they get to us. We have been doing everything in our power to get your unit back to you in a timely manner, but unfortunately we cannot do anything about the time it takes for parts to ship. It is a problem we deal with on a daily basis. It is an industry wide problem. It is not just Country Roads that has delays in shipping. I wish ************ had a shipping network like ****** and could deliver everything in 2 days, but they dont. Im sorry you are disappointed with us. We are trying our best to help you, along with all of our other customers, and keep everyone happy and satisfied. Im sorry we fell short on that with you.
