    Howdy I haven't processed everything yet but I inquired about this storage facility and it was a $20 different between yesterday when I got in contact with them today feels like their discriminating against me due to my race and disability it's very bias to charge African American people more than white people to get more money making things different to have one go elsewhere is insanely ignorant to date their website also change it's storage policy and conditions to keep certain people out see attached pictures there was no waiting list for the $135 storage unit now there is one to push sales elsewhere it's frustrating to see how their not complying with state regulations makes you wonder how sales are being conducted respectfully ******

    While they are not our customer and we have no record that they contacted us. We would still be glad to reach out to them.

     

    In the screenshots that you provided.

    We were running a $20 off sale for February. And you can see that the price for a 10x10 unit was $75 (normally $95) And the price for a 10x20 unit was $135 (normally $155)

     

    You can also see that the sale ended, as the customer shows in the screenshot the units now say “waiting list” instead of “rent now”

    This means that at the time of those screenshots we are 100% full and so the $20 off discount ended also.
