    If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would. I sent certified letters (signed for) to each member of their ************* team including their **, multiple VPs and their CFO almost 5 weeks ago regarding multiple issues with a trailer that I have owned 9 months. I have received no response from anyone! It began giving us problems just 3 months in. Whoever is looking at these trailers BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY. The quality is abysmal and they do not stick behind their product. They are poorly engineered and the warranty folks pick and choose what they will cover. In our case this will have to be litigated because they are ignoring our issues. We travel the country and the majority if not all of the folks we encounter have negative opinions of not only the 5 car hauler they have but especially the company! The A+ rating should be removed immediately!
