      I ordered from this company several years ago, and they continue to send me emails promoting their products. I have requested to be removed from all mailing lists, yet I continue to receive emails (see the one below). I also suggested that they allow people to subscribe or unsubscribe from their listserv voluntarily. Please remove me from all of your listservs. I never signed up for your listserv and do not wish to continue receiving your emails.

      Thank you for removing me from your mailing list. I understand that I ordered the product a few years ago, but I no longer intend to place any orders and do not wish to continue receiving emails about the product. I have requested to be removed from your promotional materials several times. Thank you for finally taking action. It's regrettable that filing a complaint with the BBB was necessary to reach a resolution.
