  Let's start like this: the day they were supposed to start, it was a no-show; we had to call them, and then after calling them, I was told they were trying to fit us in, even though we already had a scheduled appointment. I asked if they could come on the following day, and they said they would try, but more than likely, it would be Monday or Tuesday; at this point and time, I asked for our money to be refunded; I was told by Mr. ***** the owner or representative if they give me a refund, they will still keep 25%, I felt we were stuck, and we had to stick it out. This ********************* Bean Brothers service, is atrocious; they dug our pavers up out of the ground and left them all over the place; the pavers are lying on the top ground, and we have had people trip and fall, one of the jobs they were supposed to remove all the old mulch so that we could start to grow grass the correct way, they left tons of mulch, and more importantly they used fescue seed, when we have Bermuda grass growing already, Bean Brothers Landscaping Services is the worst service I have ever experienced from a landscaping company. I politely contacted the owner and said we were only interested in what was agreed upon in our first service agreement.If you can't do what was originally agreed upon, please refund our money, After a few emails back and forth, Bean Brothers sent us an email, saying they would refund all our money if we didn't do a review or say anything disparaging, but we must first sign an agreement. I could go on and on, about how bad Bean Brother Land Scaping is. But I don't have enough space, beware and stay clear of Bean Brothers Landscaping Services. I believe they have a lot of bad reviews, but they are sending people Non Defamation Agreement, If I could attach pictures I would show you. Base on my experience dealing with Bean Brother Landscaping is Company and Services, it was the worst landscaping services ever!!

  Since this complaint, we have communicated and resolved the complaint with the customer. We are refunding 100% of the amount they have paid and we have decided to also include an additional $500. 
  
  The customer has agreed to remove this dispute once she received the funds.

  8:25 tM0 .ill 79%X just now ******, ****, and especially ******. All have made my landscaping project &memorable experience. All my questions answered and very neat work. I'm looking forward to having a beautiful lawn. Special thanks to ****** for all his hard work FAST FORWARD, ONE YEAR.If I could give Bean Brothers Landscaping a rating LESS than one star, I would. Beware of promises they will never keep. I was looking forward to a beautiful lawn. All 1 got for $3,500.00 was small patches of grass with more weeds.I now have a field of weeds with a lot of bare spots. I watered as directed when it wasn't raining. They told me they would come back in the fall and touch up the bare spots. They NEVER called or scheduled to return as promised.I paid for their company to smooth my grown, put down seed, put down fertilizer down and straw. The word "Warrenty"apparently doesn't apply to them. All they need is to tell you is, that you didn't water and they are free of any post work. I also sent pictures of a 4x4 post their machine ran into and damaged on my deck. The company totally ignored my request to repair. I sent pictures. How does this company stay in business with this kind of disrespect and shoddy work. My $3,500 was my sweat and hard work to earn. For Bean Brothers Landscaping, if was easy picking for one of their so called valued customers and senior citizens. They did call me back and offered to aerate, reseed for an additional cost to me. They screwed me once, but it won't happen again.Complaints will follow with the better business bureau, with the agency that issues their corporate licenses and their insurance company. I have pictures of my 4x4 post damage and for their shoddy grass work showing tons of weeds and a number of grassless areas.
