    I did a voluntary giving back to my finance company which uses this company to pick up cars. My car was picked up with my personal belongings still in it. Called ***** which is the owner and he told me there was no property in the vehicle which was a lie because I had a firearm, clothing and a cooler in there at the time they took the vehicle. Come to find out all my property except my firearm was still in the vehicle. Either ***** or one of his employees stole my firearm and now he has me block and I cant get in contact with them.

    My neighbors car was recovered cannot get a hold of the business because all voicemails are full the tow truck driver told him in front of me that there would be once he got square with the bank there would be no fees why do I have the bank yesterday the bank teller tried calling and could only get voicemails which were still full when she did get a hold of the owner or the receptionist their excuse was we're so busy we got here a little while ago took over 10 minutes to try and get someone to open the gate there was another tow truck driver here to pick up two cars and he states that nobody likes coming to this lot because they jerk you around his words not mine when we got to the window we tried to explain to the person the owner that of what his driver said my friend turned away from the window said **** and the owner threatened to have the police come and get them off his lot I try to explain what we are told by the driver he says I'm not going to discuss that and you can remove yourself from the lot or the police can come obviously this gentleman does not know customer service from the rocks in his parking lot I would highly advise anybody that is having to deal with this company make sure they keep a record in video record of anything on his that they have dealings with also it's pretty obvious that this man must have cell phone blockers because the three of us were near the gate and none of us could get service if you step past his gate into public area then you get self service
