    **** with Road Tech installed an awning on my horse trailer. I have only used it about 3 times but every time i open it, pieces fall off of it. I have contacted **** numerous times to come out and look at it so he can order the parts needed to fix it. He will tell me he is coming out but never shows. i have taken pictures of the parts and sent them to him and he says he has ordered them. This has gone on for approximately 6 months now. Every time i call him, he says he is still waiting on the parts to come in. I ordered parts directly from the manufacturer and they were here in less that 2 weeks, granted I ordered the wrong part and had to send it back. I contacted him again and asked him to come out and see what parts are needed and he stood me up once again.
