    We hired ***** (aka Carpet Designs LLC) to install new carpet in a portion of our rental house at *********************************************. He completed this initial work in December 2023. After installing, we didn't like the mix of new and old carpet, so we hired him again to install new matching carpet throughout. After finishing with the installation in January ****, ***** pressured us to pay for the services prior to us having seen the end result. (We paid directly to ***** via venmo per his request). After going to see the work, we realized he installed a different color carpet on his return trip such that the carpets don't match. This is against what we agreed to.Less significant, there was a discrepancy between what he quoted us for the second set of work, and what he billed us for (and subsequently paid). We had decided to not make a stink about it at the time and are willing to let it go, but it's certainly more frustrating in light of the incorrect carpet being installed and the lack of action to correct.We have struggled to get any real response from ***** since raising his awareness to the problem. We are flexible on "what" the resolution is (ie fixing it vs refund)
