    I made (paid for) a flight reservation for 7/15, however was informed on 7/14 that the flight would be cancelled due to possible bad weather on 7/15. Understandable. The flight was rescheduled for 7/5. I called to confirm on 7/4 and was told that the helicopter ride would take place as planned the following day. Approximately thirty minutes later I received a call and email stating that due to a part not being received for the helicopter (maintenance issues) the flight would be cancelled for the following morning! This should have been known and disclosed prior to end of day, especially considering a phone call 30 minutes prior confirmed the flight.I requested a full refund and was told that a check (full refund) would be mailed to me the following Monday, which would have been 8/7/23. As of 8/18/23, no refund has been received, but claims that the check has been mailed. Needless to say that I am less than pleased with the lack of professionalism and communication in dealing with Total Flight Solutions. I was truly looking forward to this venture and thought I was dealing with a professional company. I would definitely not recommend Total Flight Solutions to anyone.***********************
