    I purchased a Remanufactured Troy-Bilt riding lawnmower from Bolooktv on 5/17/2022. I am enclosing a copy of the description and promised delivery.
    The amount of $79.99 was taken out of my account on 5/17/2022 by a company named MUOIAN, +185932724981, OH. Since then, I have heard nothing. I have sent emails to both companies to no avail. I have little hope to recover my money, since I have since learned that the company is a scam. Just wanted to alert others out there who are trying to use these companies.

    On April 17, 2022, I ordered online at BolookTV.com a Weber SpiritS-315 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Stainless Steel, Model NO211b15b, Order ID #: ****** Paid in full on my ******* VISA: $63.65
    After approximately 6 months of back and forth emails from the company, giving me lots of excuses why the product was “lost due to shipping” not received, and why the tracking numbers of the product just “stopped” or says “can’t be delivered” which is a lie, as I am retired and home 24/7 and have a Ring doorbell which videos anyone who approaches the front door and no one ever tied to deliver the product.
    Finally, I emailed the company and just asked them to return my money, as it was certain I was never going to get the product that I ordered. They were paid in full, they had my money, but I did not have what I paid for. Even those it said “Free Shipping” they tried to tell me in an email from June 6, 2022 that “they could only return 70% of the original price and they keep the rest for shipping cost. And there are some bank charges when my order was placed.” I told them “no, that I would only accept !00% refund, as they did not send me what I paid for.” The first time I asked for a refund, they told me I’d only get 60% refunded. I refused that. They said they would resend item, which was another 6-8 weeks of the same. Tracking dropped. Excuses from the company why it couldn’t be delivered...
    In June, I got a small package from China, no return address, nothing inside the package like an invoice or order number, so I didn’t really know who or why it was sent to me, but it ended up that it was from BolookTV.com. It was a cheap dollar store oven mit. I wrote to the company and asked them about it and they admitted they sent the wrong item and would try again to send what I ordered and sent me another tracking number. After another 6 weeks of tracking, it too, just “stopped”. I emailed the company again and asked them to return my money. See attached.

    The original purchase date was 05/10/2022 I'd ordered a 60' Charcoal outdoor grill with 60' rack for $89.89.
    The 1st tracking number #************* stated the grill was delivered inside my home mailbox. I'd expressed to them that it was impossible for that grill to be inside my mailbox. Bolooktv offered to send a replacement grill on 06/06/22 that would take 10-15 days. I stated to them that they advertise 3-10days delivery, and that I've already been waiting almost 2months. I did receive a 2nd tracking# *************, BUT after 15days they sent me an email stated my package was LOST/STOLEN. So then I requested a refund of the monies I spent. Bolooktv stated they refunded my money back to the card I used. My back investigated there was a purchase payment only. My bank contacted the card company, the company stated the time to file a claim had expired (2mth window). So they stole my money. The issue HAS NOT been resolved and today is 08/31/2022 and Im STILL waiting on my refund.

    Paid 89.94 for a rebuilt lawn mower
    7-10 day shipping period listed on website, an email came through after purchase stating 10-20 day shipping.
    The first time we got a pair of socks instead of a lawn mower. The 2nd round of shipping, the end result was it being lost in transit. We then requested a refund back in July in which they only offered back 70% and we have yet to get it after they said it would only take 3-10 business days.

    All pictures attached are of conversation with bolooktv. I have waited patiently for almost 2 months for a package to arrive. I knew it was too good to be true. Asked politely for refund and got a run around, stopped at my local postal center and the staff told me it looked and felt like a scam.

    I order a pellet smoker hopper assembly for $76.95 on 4/17/2022 it took a month and I received an oven mitt. I contacted them via email and they agreed to send out the right product. After another month my product was lost in shipping. I again emailed and they again apologized and said they would end out another, however the tracker now says unable to deliver item, no recipient.

    I had placed an order with this company more than two months ago and never received my product. When I contacted them, they said that they were sorry and would resend my order. They had sent me a tracking number and website to track my order. All's good so far. Or at least that's what they led me to believe. After it says that my package had arrived in ****** Tennessee, 2 days later it was out for delivery. After another 10 days go by the tracking system shows lost in transit. So I contacted the shipping company and was informed that the website I was using, was one of their old websites. And the tracking number I provided was not a number they use. So I asked Bolooktv to just refund my money, and they say that they can only refund a percentage. They say that do to bank charges and shipping fees they will not refund all my money. I truly believe that they have been scamming me from day one and I also believe that I am not the only person they are scamming. If this is a legitimate business, why has it taken almost 3 months to get to the point; "Oh, I'm sorry your item was lost in transit."

    They advertised merchandise on their website and I ordered a beach cart for 79.99. They send me phony tracking data and then said it was delivered. It was not. I checked my camera and there was no attempt to deliver anything. I complained to them on email and also made a complaint to my credit card company. The scammer begged me to withdraw the complaint and promised to resent the merchandise. I did and he sent tracking over several days and then it disappeared and they no longer responded to my email. Because I withdrew my credit card complaint the card company refused to help.
