    On 10/3/23, I paid *********************** $1,250.00 as a deposit to build a roof on my existing deck. Conducted no work in October and "no showed" numerous times with excuse after excuse. Discovered foundation problem under the deck so the deck had to be redone. Gave another $900.00 for materials for the deck. more excuses, **** missed calls, complaining about money and how his account was overdrawn. Finally worked on deck 11/16/23 and laid deck boards. Sent ***** a message on 11/18/23 and sent pictures of problems with the deck and deck boards. ***** showed up on 11/19/23 and assured me that he would correct the problems and finish the whole project the following week. That is the last time *********************** has been on my property. he sent several messages. Called 12/22/23 and said he was coming that day at 2pm. The last time I talked to him. I have asked for a refund on the materials several times and also a refund on the labor for the deck because the whole deck has to come back up. He provides nothing but excuses.
