    I first met ****** *** in August 2022 through a referral from my sister and her husband, *****. After hearing wat ****** stated I needed a roof, I contacted my insurance company. We went through some hurdles but eventually Reno Simplicity was awarded the work. The work started on September 19, 2022. The workers were on time. I was impressed with the color scheme that matched my roof. When the work was completed, I gave half when the work started and the other half once the work was completed. When the workers left, they took a $200 new tarp of mine, and I contacted ****** *** and he assured me that he would bring the tarp back. This was in September 2022 but as of, yet the tarp is still missing in action. I called several times but no answer.
    The tarp is not the only problem. My grandson went up in the attic to get my wrapping paper down Saturday, December 24, 2022, I was surprised of what he found. I have pictures of so many damages in my attic. I have broken woods, numerous splitters, damage to personal belongings, and a mess in my attic. I have tried to call them and left messages. I have not heard anything yet. My next step into file complaints everywhere that I can. I am afraid that the wood that is damage may cause leaking in my attic! I feel violated as I had a stroke in September 2021 and am unable to climb the steps leading to my attic. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I trusted ****** but he never looked in my attic at all to make sure there was not any damaged to my attic. I have had a roof replaced over 10-15 years ago, and the work was done excellent by another company. This is really ridiculous since I am a widow and depend on honest people that I pay to do a great job!
