    After our RV generator went out (apparently not covered under warranty), we talked with Serene RV in July to rebuild it like new after they suggested it vs buying another one. Our first mistake was trusting them and their team.This August and $5,550 later, they said they had it fixed.We reach back out Aug 14th and let them know the generator keeps cutting off after 8 min. They let us know to prime it more and it should be fine.Aug 15th, our renter says it keeps cutting off after 15 min but is fine because they have hook **** We let Serene RV know and we bring it back to them and they say it's working fine, but to only run one AC when the generator is running. Mind you, the generator worked fine with 2 ACs going before they rebuilt it.Aug 29th, we let them know it keeps cutting off even with one AC. We drop it back off and they said it was fixed.Sept 8th, we let them know it keeps cutting off again after 1 min. One tech, who I thought was a friend, tells me it worked fine for him and I let him know that it cut right back off 2 min later.Nov 30th, we let them know that the renter we had also had problems with the generator and ran codes to see what the issue was. We drop it off the next day.Dec 13th, today, the tech there text me back this: "Hey Im at a lose, I cant figure out what the issue is with it. The keys are at the front desk whenever you want to pick it up. If its after six let me know and Ill put the keys out at the rv on a wheel."I tell him that they need to make this right. Not to promise me a fixed "like new" generator only to say it doesn't work, good luck.I ask to talk to their boss and the tech refuses to let me talk with him and instead, that tech reaches out to his boss.His boss messages him back and the tech copy/paste me this: "We offer 90 days on rebuilds. Hes out of his warranty period. If he wants to pay us to diagnose it again, he can do so."
