    I took a rim to this business and I have not received my rim back yet I get nothing but the runaround from the manager and the employees this is a bad business to do business with

    1st Settlement March 07,2023(dropped Chevrolet truck off)- Stated I would like a (New water pump and oil change) due to it running hot. I was contacted later that day, that my heating cord and thermostat housing was both damaged. They stated they could replace the thermostat housing and just put clamp on the heat cord. I gave them the green light to fix it cause they stated that was the reasoning for my truck running hot. March 08,2023(I was contacted my truck was ready) I paid about $800. -March 13,2023(dropped truck back off due to running hot again) -I was told by the mechanic the clamps came off the heating cord thats why it was running hot. That my truck should be ready again later. Later that day I received a call from the shop that I had a crack in the motor. This time I was told thats why it was running hot. 2nd settlement 03/29/23 (dropped Dodge van off) -I stated that I wanted (Tune up, 4 brand new tires, cluster test and diagnostic test on while it was running hot) -After test was completed I was called and notified that I needed a new radiator. I gave them the green light to fix that. -04/03/2023 I was contacted the van was ready I paid about $1200 -04/11/2023(my van ran hot, contacted the shop to get it towed to see what was the problem) Also wasnt able to pop my hood, due to them breaking my hood launch the first time when they had it with out notifying me or fixing it. Couple days later I was contacted that it was a busted holes. I gave them the green light to fix it. Stated the hood launch broke cause the wire was old and broke. They have to call around the junk yard to see if they could find a piece to fix it. 05/17/2023 (I was contacted by message for the first time about a storage fee added since 04/11/23 of $25 stating since my truck was sitting) when got to the shop I was notified that I had a blown head gasket and they dont fix that. I was never aware of this. Last time I spoke to someone at the shop it was my busted holes.
