      On Dec15,2023 I called ************************* to come out and look at my 2008 Jeep Cherokee he asked what do I think was wrong I explained that it would not crank .***************** stated he would come out on Dec 16th after 1:00PM ***************** came out hours later 8:00 PM Started working on my Jeep I wasnt home at the time he arrived he didnt communicate are tell me how much his service call was until 12:00 AM when he stated he was finshed and he took the starter off my Jeep that was originally on it and replaced with a starter for ****** but it didnt work so he had to go and get one Im not sure where he went to get the 2nd starter that late in the early morning, but he came back and said that he took the ****** dollar starter off and replaced it with a ****** dollar starter. But the Jeep still would not crank. ***************** presented me with a bill for ****** dollars 1. Service call )****** 2. 08 Jeep starter ****** erased out New price 2nd starter ****** 3. 2Hrs of service @95.00 an hour total $587.00 4. Plus cord $15.00 Total ****** ***************** stated he would come back on Dec 17,2023 in the morning to check the relays in the Jeep and also ( I asked could he provide me with the receipt for the starter he purchased just incase I needed to return it? He stated yes he would bring it.In December 17,2023 I waited in day for ***************** to arrive and finish the job but he never arrived and never made contact with me nor brought me the starter receipt. I texted ***************** and told him that he wasnt a man of his word and he ripped me off . He has never called or returned any call back since Last contact was on the night @12:00 am on Dec 16th which was really Dec 17th since it was 12:00 AM Thank you ,****** *********
