    This business has done faulty work and continuously tried to get out of performing the work I paid for. I had to fight and fight to get repairs caused by their negligence. Now, my RV is still not properly sealed, and the $5000 repairs I paid for are leaking! I have a 3 year warranty on the work performed and they are not answering my texts. They have been nothing but dishonest, this is the second faulty work Ive found they charged me for and completed incorrectly. I want a full refund so that I can get a reputable shop to repair their faulty work as they cannot be trusted to do honest work or repairs on their faulty work. Youll see in the photos that a seal all is advertised on their own ******** as seal ALL SEAMS AND APPLIANCES which was not done and the back compartment is still taking on water. I can provide even more texts, photos, etc to prove their dishonesty and scam work if needed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The dishonest owners of this business are now trying to blame their faulty work on hurricane ******. However, what they dont know/realize, is that my ** has been at a legitimate business since leaving their lot, and received ZERO damage from the hurricane, nor did any other rig on their property, which they will attest to in writing and which I have indisputable video and photographic proof of. Not to mention, the mileage will speak for itself. They previously tried to ***** responsibility for the lack of the seal all being performed by making false claims that I had driven it over 500 miles when, in fact, it had been driven less than 50 miles. The ** was in no way flooded, and was in an open parking lot nowhere near trees along with many other **s. The water leak seen in the photos is a direct result of the faulty cabover repair and fan installation performed by *** as well as the seal all I paid for not being performed. The passenger side back compartment is also still leaking from where they never performed the seal all from the beginning and then partially and incorrectly performed half of one after I confronted them due to water damage to the back closet they caused. See the new pictures I added from this afternoon when I went to get more pictures.

    My response is that we have been constantly harassed from this woman. Again we went above and beyond to fix her camper. After she picked up her camper we heard nothing from her untill after the hurricane then she started harassing us for a full deposit. She only had a warranty on the filon. The job we were responsible for did not leak. I have pictures and videos and invoices. She added to our invoice and cut things out. She took an add that I advertised for my son's company in 2023 and tried to make the 400 seal she got from the gutters down and issue but we used clear caulk and checked it twice to prove to her it was done right. She was satisfied when she picked it up then took it to a uncovered storage building for the hurricane. That is not our fault. She is communicating multiple threats to us and if it doesn't stop we will obtain a lawyer that's how bad this has been. We also found out she seems to have issues with other small buisnesses and her reviews prove it. I wish her only the best and pray she stops harassing us.
