11/17/22, serviceman *********************** with Pyatt Heating came to my house to perform a Heat Pump preventative maintenance service as requested. He turned up the thermostat, looked at the air handler inside the closet, removed the air filter which was dated needing to be changed as off 11/15/22, but did not replace it, went outside and looked at the exterior of the heat pump unit, declared that it was too cold outside to clean it, and said to call back in the spring so they can come back to do a cleaning. He then left. He was only here 15 minutes at the most. I was billed $109.95 for him to come to my house and basically say I have a working heat pump. When my spouse called Pyatt Heating today, 11/21/11, he was told that they charge $80 to come out here and $39 per hour and that since he was here 15 minutes, they had to charge me for an hour. This is fraudulent billing. On the receipt, it says Services:clean blower clean and adjust burners inspect heat exchange *********** pressure and flame inspect igniter/pilot light inspect filter inspect airflow change filters inspect strips inspect voltage inspect amps inspect pressure inspect electrical capacitor inspect charge.None of these services actually happened.

      Hello,
I would love to discuss the issue that ********************* has brought up in his complaint.
We did go out and perform a service, a service that not only he requested, but was told the amount due including tax before confirmation of this appointment. ********************* requested that he be set up as a service agreement customer, meaning that we agreed to go to the residence in the spring and fall and perform preventative maintenance on said equipment. The service in the fall season is less tedious than in spring, as we are not able to add any water or chemicals to any type of unit aka: cleaning chemicals, as it will damage any HVAC equipment in the colder weather conditions. I spoke with ********************* when he called the shop to not only pay his bill but to complain about said service. The preventative maintenance invoice also includes Furnace Maintenance, as a way to explain each type of service we provide. As I explained to *********************, all of his complaints were about Furnace Preventative Maintenance, which is equipment he does not have. All invoices for Preventative Maintenance have the general services that are provided for any and all equipment that we service, not just *********************' personal equipment. This was all explained to *********************, as I also explained that drive time is always included in the service. ********************* was never told the service was $39 dollars and Drive time $80.00. ********************* was told ****** with tax included. This complaint is fraudulent as the customer was told upfront what the cost would be for the service that he requested.

      Thank you so much.
