  I went for assistance with a civil issue and didn't get the help I paid for. I paid for the consultation and retained council under the impression they would send a demand letter and negotiate a resolution and but instead I got a opinion letter that offered no benefit me. I paid 2,200$ for information I already knew. My Attorney was fresh out of law school and didn't have the knowledge or experience to council me. Although she was very nice, she wasn't confident in providing me with my options. I feel like I was honestly legally robbed by King Law who was very vague about how their company operates. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

  Went to their office for a civil matter (mudslide from neighbors drive). The attorney they assigned repeatedly told me he had researched and found SEVERAL cases like mine and court wouldn't be needed and everything would be handled during mediation. The lawsuit he **** up was full of factual errors. I went King Law's office to complain about the mistakes and was told that it was just "the way it had to be legally written". Days before the mediation I get a call from King Law stating they had "parted ways" with my assigned attorney and at the mediation I find out the the "precedents" the attorney had spoken of didn't exist. The only case precedent that applied to me was completely different and my suit was a failure because of the EXACT THINGS I COMPLAINED ABOUT IN KING LAW'S OFFICE. Now I get billed every month, but don't even know who my current attorney is. I called Monday to contact them, have yet to receive ANY reply. I'm a retired mechanic, I don't know legal matters, I went to King Law for professional help, they have never even answered the original question I asked, "what are my legal options"? If you are a Veteran or Senior citizen avoid this Law Firm at all costs.Response to King Law's response. I have tried repeatedly to talk to their customer relations for YEARS without success. I have complained repeatedly over the last three years about their assigned attorney and his mother (his assistant), and their only response is to drop me. King Law has now dropped me as a client after taking over $16000 from me with no result. They dropped me as a client because of the bad review. They have their money and that's all they care about.

  We hired this law firm in Oct 2021 after the death of my mother to contest a will. Her original will in 2009 was changed in 2015 by a granddaughter. Asking for mediation ( that was never addressed). Suggesting a settlement offer .( never addressed) the attorney or staff did not return calls, phone appointments were never completed. Over the course of years they charged about $14,000. And withdrew from my case without notifying me. Only found out by asking about a charge. A staff member sent copies of charge. The reason was because I asked the same questions. And that was because they never address them. They made mistakes on documents and would not correct them.The were only interested in receiving payments.Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional service. Would advise no one to seek help from this law firm.
