    ******* and ******************** me on Monday Match 11th 2024 and fired me the same day and used the excuse saying because i smoke a vape as the reason. WHICH AGAIN MAKES NO SENC. i smoked my vape twice that day and asked both time before hand if i could go. Now i could tell the real reason is because im ethnic. i interviewed with them and of course was very professional as ive worked in customer service for over 8-9 years. I came in today with comfortable clothing as i was told and did everything i was told and even a little more. Im puerto rican, and i dont think they liked my voice, my clothing, my gold hoops, the shoes i had on. i think they discriminated against me, they only hire white people, Then they never did any paperwork with me then said never hired me and he payed me under the table for the day with a personal check
