    The week of June 15th, I scheduled maintenance for my car with ****** owner of ABSOLUTE AUTOMOTIVE CARE. I cash app'd a payment to $Heritagefoundation in the amount of $251 due to his request so he could buy necessary items to complete the service. He was to arrive that Friday the 16th at 2 pm but called and said he's running late. Later that afternoon called and said he's still running late and had to do something with his wife. He said he could still come later and would be extra quiet not to disturb my neighbors. I said we can wait till tomorrow, Saturday the 17th and he promised to be at my home by 8. Saturday morning he texted saying he was in motion getting food and would call when outside at 7:58. That was the last time I heard from that individual. I texted at 9:11 saying I've been waiting and that I have church at 12 how much longer and no response. From June 17th to June 26th, I have 18 texts of where I sent my name and number. I've made several calls and wrote one email with no avail to this day. This is irresponsible and I feel taken advantage of better yet robbed. I've contacted my bank and they are reviewing but I'm not 100% sure I'll get my money back. Please help bring resolution to this situation and help others not become a victim of the business.
