      On Friday, September 27th 2024 approximately between 10am-11:30am auto body and repair shop Rodson's Automotive, represented by its owner ****** ********** was unlawfully blocking release of black 2017 ***** Accord, EXL VIN# *****************. As the rightful owner of the vehicle in scope, I presented the car title and all purchase documents. No repairs of this vehicle in scope were performed by Rodson's Automotive prior to that date. As the rightful owner of the vehicle, I had no other choice but to call in local (Union County) police/ sheriffs office to assist with the situation. Only interference of the police officers that arrived within the next ***** minutes enabled the release of the vehicle that was unlawfully detained by Rodson's Automotive, represented by its owner ****** **********. I believe this was an attempt to commit a fraud, unlawfully expropriate the vehicle, take it as a hostage for further illegal actions to obtain assets from me through force and threats. With the interference of the Police / Sheriff, the vehicle was finally released to its rightful owner and towed away from Rodson's Automotive parking lot. Detailed report/ recording of the action is available through *****************************Due to unlawful vehicle block the Rodson's Automotive represented by its owner ****** ********** I was charged by the towing company additional $100 USD. This was a charge for additional wait time as well as for manually removing a large automotive part that was installed by Rodion Khavaskii in front of my vehicle to block towing. I demand a formal apology letter from Rodson's Automotive and Mr. ****** ********** personally and compensation of $100 USD additional towing charges.
