      I have a complaint on Nectar Salon Suites in *********. I was a Tenant for a year and 3 months this year. I did not know my lease renewed on its on. I mentioned to the front office about leaving the suites soon due to business being slow and losing job. I did not give a date of when? She told me I would have to put my 90 day notice in which I said ok I can do that. ************ lady told the manager of the suites and he terminated my lease early without my consent and locked me out of my salon suites leaving me not being able to get in to service clients or get back in to get my things left in my suite such as tv, refrigerator, cabinet, wax pots and supplies. I was 3 weeks late on my rent which is $900 owed. The owner of the suites locked me out and typed up a breach of contract saying that I now owe $3200. I mentioned that Im not breaking my lease early and I could work up to my 90 days. I told him I do not have $3200 to pay at once and could set up a payment plan. He agreed and I made several payments but stopped making payments as I seen that the payments I was making was not good enough to let me get back into my suite. I feel like Im paying money for nothing and a lump sum to the company when I could have just paid my rent which was late for 3 weeks but he added on all the way up to my 90 days. I just feel like this is fraud and they are trying to get money out of me and I have no access to get back into my suite to get my things so I can fully move out. *** also been told that they have been letting potential tenants tour my room with my things still in it. Ive never been issued an eviction notice so I dont know why I was locked out of my suite and denied access to get back in the building. I also did not get my deposit back.
