    We hired them to install a vapor barrier and sump pump in our crawlspace. This was near $10K. We are unfamiliar with crawlspace so we did not personally check the work. It's been one year and our post guys went into the crawlspace and informed us that the vapor barrier is up off the ground, not secured to any pillars, and less than 10 mil. I still have the invoice so I went back to contact the business. The person, number and address was no longer associated with the business. After doing some digging, I found the new owner ******. We spoke and the first question was who I worked with and that he's no longer with the company. Regardless, it's now his company and they should come do what they were supposed to do the first time. He told me to send him our invoice and he would get back to me. Of course it's been weeks and no response. I now have to *********** action to get at least some of the money back. We now have to have a new company do the whole thing over and pay again thousands of dollars. Avoid this company!
