    Initial quote was giving for smoke detectors to be hardwire. Smoke detectors were not hardwire and it was brought to the companys attention. I was told I wouldnt be charged for the hardwire and would only be charged for the replacement of smoke detectors. I paid the balance without noticing the hardwire was still included. Ive been calling the company to no avail.

    In January, she was refunded the price of the smoke detectors and we added back in the price for 4 wireless smoke detectors. This was a miscommunication by the technician in the field. We reached back out to her after receiving this complaint and had no issue creating a dialogue with her. Additionally, we are accessible by phone 24/7 through phone, text and email so I am not sure why she was unable to connect with us.

    As always, we're committed to making things right with our customers and have no problem doing so here. Of course, we cannot provide smoke detector installation free of charge but are happy to work through with her a resolution that makes sense for her.
