    This company and employee ******************'s are both full of it. I ordered a cover when it never shipped I contacted them by email and this ******'s told me he had contacted me by email ( which is a lie). They ask for more money for shipping saying the shipping company has gone up and this is what everyone is saying on all reviews. How dirty can a company be. Shame!

    I again apologize you did not receive my previous emails. The first email we sent was right after you ordered. We note both on our website and in our terms and conditions that in some cases we may need to charge more for shipping. We have canceled your order and issued you a full refund.

    Ordered a hot tub cover on March 17th and have not received it as of today. I have called several times and no response. I have no tracking numbers or shipping papers that says it was made yet. Would like either my money back or my cover to be delivered. Would never recomend this company for any merchandise or services. ************..... dissatisfied customer
