We have been using Maid Brigade for many years and have consistently been impressed with the quality, thoroughness, and consistency of their cleaning services. Maid Brigade started cleaning our home for us shortly after we moved in several years ago. They were always professional and thorough. They were receptive to feedback and adjusting to our personal preferences, which was appreciated. The office staff was always helpful when needed. I can't recommend a cleaning company more than Maid Brigade!Maid Brigade

I read the earlier reviews and feel the company handled the one star issue appropriately. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with the office staff as well as the cleaning staff. My first interaction with the company was at a fund raiser for breast cancer research. I am so happy I won. My first cleaning was free and my entire bid went to research. The cleaning team is pleasant and do their job well. I have noticed that due to their attention to detail, my dust allergy problems have greatly diminished. I would highly recommend any one looking for a reliable house cleaning service to use this company.Maid Brigade

Called around town to get various quotes for a deep cleaning on my home. Out of all the quotes given, Maid Brigade seemed to be the company that would get the most things done and for the fairest price. Several companies would not give a quote over the phone and needed to come see the home first before giving a quote. Maid Brigade did not do this, nobody physically or virtually came in the house to inspect it prior to or during quoting. I was given a dollar amount over the phone, and was told I would be receiving the same quote in an email later that night or the next day. That quote never came via email, but I had remembered the dollar amount the woman over the phone had given me, and wanted to have the work done for the price quoted.Now, several days later, I want to move forward with that quote, a gentleman over the phone gets me setup with a date. The day they arrive, everything seems fine, there are 3 ladies with their own materials being dropped of by the 4th person driving a vinyl wrapped company car. The ladies begin working almost immediately upon entering the home and don't say anything to me at all. I had to say to them "Hello ladies", which was greeted by an awkward "heeeey". Great start. While out I get a call from what I assume is both the company phone and the possible owners cell phone, as it comes up as Mark *********************** It was a women from Maid Brigade.This woman explained that, because it had been several (2) hours already, and that they would be working for another 40 minutes, but the work was 'much greater than expected' or something to that degree, and I would need to pay another large amount for them to finish the home. I told him we had an agreement, and said "that doesn't work for me, I need a win here". Who says that?!? He was unwilling to comply with the original agreement, and told me that I shouldn't worry about payment, and he would be pulling the girls immediately. He did just that. Now I must find another service. Please stay away!!Maid Brigade

I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction. As we discussed, the cost of the initial cleaning is based on the time spent. Additional time was required. You declined to approve the additional time, and a decision was made to stop where we were. You were not charged for the work that was completed.
