      Before we decided on which company to contact to make major changes to the front yard landscaping, we did a lot of research comparing companies. The final decision was to contact Decorative Creations, Inc. not only because it had excellent customer reviews but it was rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau and has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since ****. We also liked that we would be working with a local businesses. When I called to request a quote, an appointment to meet at the property was set up in a reasonable time. We asked *** at Decorative Creations, Inc., to prepare a plan to completely redesign the front yard landscaping including removal of prior landscaping and installation of the new design. *** provided an initial plan and quote and then worked with us to iron out all the details. He provided a final quote, and that was the actual price we paid once the project was complete. ***** in the office kept us informed of the process and scheduling. She was so pleasant and efficient that we appreciated that contact. The project was completed on schedule. While the actual project was being completed, *** provided a few more suggestions for making the project better but kept to the quoted price. We could not be more pleased with the process and the result. It is difficult sometimes to find a contractor who is responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend Decorative Creations, Inc. and its team for any landscaping project.
