    I have completed 12 surveys for this company. It was agreed upon at $2 per survey. Each was completely completed. After emailing a complaint, I received $2 into my ****** account. I am currently owed a balance of $10 and I want my money for the job I completed as agreed upon. I have attempted several emails to no prevail. No response.

    This individual registered for Accelerant Researchs paid research panel on 07/09/24. When a member registers for our research panel, they opt in to receiving email invitations from us about paid research study opportunities. Each study begins with a short qualification screening survey. In many cases, participants will not meet the criteria to qualify for a given research study (for example, a survey about a certain grocery store chain that requires participants who have shopped that grocery store in the past month). Participants who do not meet the studys criteria are disqualified from the study. Only those who qualify for the study are asked to complete the full survey and will then receive their full incentive for participation. These qualification rules are clearly communicated to participants during panel registration and in each individual research study.
    The full history of this individuals research participation is listed below:
    07/09/24: registered for our research panel, received a $500 sweepstakes entry for doing so
    07/18/24: attempted a survey but did not qualify
    07/18/24: qualified for survey but did not complete
    08/01/24: successfully completed survey and was paid full incentive amount
    08/05/24: received survey invitation email, but never attempted the survey
    09/02/24: successfully completed survey and was paid full incentive amount
    09/05/24: attempted a survey but did not qualify
    09/13/24: qualified for survey, but was removed/disqualified for providing poor quality or fraudulent survey responses
    10/14/24: attempted a survey but did not qualify
    10/23/24: received survey invitation email, but never attempted the survey
    10/28/24: received survey invitation email, but never attempted the survey
    On 09/28/24 this individual sent an email to us, requesting payment for 12 surveys. We responded to that email on 9/30/24, asking this individual for more information, to which we never received any response until this BBB complaint.

    I completed this survey on 6.19.24 with the expectation that I would be paid $5.00. I have not received payment. I contacted the agency on 7.11.24 and received a response stating payments are distributed "14 business days after we have finished collecting responses (weekends and holidays are not included in the ************************* fielding. Payment should be sent within 2 weeks". I followed up on 7.29.24 and 8.1.24 due to not receiving payment. I also asked if there was a better point of contact. I have yet to receive a response of compensation. It isn't the lack of payment but, instead, it's the lack of integrity that disappoints me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. An update on the status of my payment was finally provided after my post made on BBB.
