The owner of this company basically stole from me. The owner of this company sold me a scooter I took it in for an oil change and following that repair, it broke down because he removed a speed restrictor ring. The scooter never functioned well again, and he expected me to pay for repairs. He told me these repairs were not under Genuine warranty. When it broke down for the third time, I had to park it, and it was stolen. The owner told me it was recommended by the manufacturer to remove the speed restrictor. I have since gone to ************************* and bought the same scooter and have had no issues with it. The mechanic at this company advised me that he had never heard of removing the speed restrictor. Genuine scooters are of top quality like a ****** or ****** Every time I took my scooter back after it broke down, there were other Genuine scooters in his shop. He was doing this to other customers as well.*******, the salesman at Great Western told me Genuine scooters never breakdown. He told me that the reason his company sells them is because Genuine are of the best quality. ***, is the owner of ******************** Machines and he is lying and stealing from his customers. I deserve some form of reconciliation. Between the purchase of the stolen scooter, my new scooter and all the false repairs I am out $7,000. Please help me to see justice done! Thank you.

We started servicing this customer scooters starting back in March of 2009. Prior to his purchase of the Genuine in March of 2022 we serviced his other scooters 15 times over the last 12 years. Unfortunately, within 2 months of his purchase of the Genuine he was involved in an accident where he hit the front brake too hard and flipped the scooter. As a result, the damage that it caused was not able to be covered under the Genuine defective parts warranty. It does not cover damage caused from accidents or abuse.
