  I paid them $8800 and my driveway is ruined.They did not do anything right from the start ..it has been 5 months since they paved my driveway and 5 days since they sealed it.We have been complaining to the owner since the first day they paved . He kept assuring us that when he sealed it, everything would be covered up and it would look the way it should look. He paved it in December and sealed it 4/18/2025 It has been 5 days and our driveway is collapsing if we park on it. they are telling me that there is no warranty. they will not back up their work or product.They also just closed another asphalt company called All Around Paving. The pictures on their website look absolutely nothing like my driveway.

  To Whom it May Concern,

  When we initially agreed to perform this job, we have fully disclosed all the details as far as the labor involved, costs, and that there is no warranty. When we finished performing this Job, both *** and *** ****** were very satisfied with the paving job. 

  
  

  Almost half a year later, *** ****** contacted us letting us know that she was apparently not satisfied with the job. Her reasoning was that there was a seam in the middle of the driveway that did not appeal to her. This very seam was present when we initially finished this Job and no issue or complaints were raised at the time. 

  
  

  I explained to *** ****** that this type of seam does happen from time to time for this type of job but it doesnt make the paving job defective. Even though I performed the job correctly, In order to make *** ****** happy, I offered to seal coat her entire driveway at only the cost of the seal and waived the labor fee. 

  
  

  Once I finished seal coating the driveway, both *** and *** ****** were satisfied with the job performed. During the seal coating process there were no tire indentions, markings, or any flaws on the driveway that are displayed in the pictures above. As a matter of fact *** ****** (customers husband) was on the site and witnessed the entire seal coating process and never complained of any issues and was very satisfied with the job when he paid for the service.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  Bbb..please send me an email address for BBB..I have screenshots of text and video from my security cameras to show proof that they are lying. We have been in constant contact with them. I have proof to show that

  They paved the second week in December 2024sealed it on April 18 2025. I am attaching screenshots of the conversation where we got in touch with them two weeks after to see when they were coming back out because ***** said he would be back out and when he sealed our driveway, he would not be able to see any of the imperfections the cracking  the patching together. 

  The screenshots show that we were in constant contact with ***** until he came back out, almost 4 months later to seal our driveway.

  I also have video from my security camera, showing that we were dissatisfied and showing how much he messed up when he was paving our driveway and showing the temperature outside and that he should not have been paving our driveway and we did not know that it was apparently too cold.

  When he sealed our driveway in April, we are being told by professionals that he should have waited a year. It has been since April ********************************************************************* I can provide video security video and pictures of that as well.

  Every word of their response is a lie. 

  What company Doesnt warranty their work and what person would still hire them if they told them they were not going to warranty the work we were paying g them $8800 for.
