      Owner very nice initially and very receptive. Said he was coming back two days later to fix my rvs issue but never came and now I can't get him to answer any of my attempts at contact.

      Paid to have a window leak fixed. It was fixed several times. After the third time trying to fix it they gave up. Kept my money but never fixed the leak and stopped responding to my calls. Last call I had with them I was told they were to busy to fix a problem that I already paid for,

      Prompt Rv repair did not finish the job on our camper. We experience a power surge and we lost our T.V. power converter, AC, Microwave, and the refrigerator he replace the power converter and the A C we had to buy our own Microwave and we have to buy our own TV plus we still need the refrigerator fixed after 2 months. ***** was prepaid for all parts and labor a head of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
