Nov 8th went to Mr. Transmission to get a transmission flush. I was told I needed a whole new transmission. They charged me $3,233.03. The transmission its self was $700, but he charged me $1,905. Which over the 20% mark up value. On Nov 14th I received my vehicle back and not even 24 hours later I was having the same problem that I went there for and now a leak in the transmission as well. They told me to bring it back. Nov 21st I brought it back they kept it overnight. I received my vehicle back on Nov 22nd l insuring that it was fix. On Nov 23rd I was driving on the highway and my car started to have the same problem again. Called and told Mr. Transmission on Nov 27th I was having the same problem. ***** the owner said he would cal me back after he talked to his team. ***** called me back said what did I want them to do moving forward. I asked for my money back since the problem has not been solved. ***** got irritated with me and told me I would have to get a lawyer if I wanted my money back.
