    I purchased few books from one of thei stores in VA. The store clerk offered me a magazine promotion and started that if I wished to continue receiving these magazines after 2 months I could subscribe to them. The store clerk gave me a promotional Mags.com form to fill out with my name, address and email. Mags.com tried to change mydebit card after 2 months for a magazine subscription. I called 2nd & Charles and was provided number to call to cancel it. 2nd & Charles proprovided credit card information to Mags.com. I know that I did not write my bank info on the promotional form. So I called the store and spoke to the store manager who told me that I did not know how to read, that essentially it was my fault for not reading the promotional form thoroughly. She did this because she did not like it when I called 2nd & Charles a fraud. All I was asked to provide was my name, address and email, 2nd & Charles provided my debit card info to Mags.com, I did not. I really think 2nd & Charles is very wrong to share their customers' financial information with Mags.com. A breach of confidentiality occurs when proprietary data or information about your company or your customers is disclosed to a third party without consent.In addition, their store manager was rude for saying that I did not know how to read, ***** being a customer at their book store. ?? ********************** magazine subscription promotion is fraud plain and simple.
